Cookie Dough Bites

These cookie dough bites are a staple snack in our house. They keep well, IF you keep them around, and they travel well too. If doing ‪‎Paleo‬ or ‪‎GAPS‬, just use almond butter. You can add in chia powder or flax powder for extra fatty acids as well. I originally saw the recipe at one of my favorite real food blogs, Riddlelove. You can customize this in so many ways, it quickly becomes your own with your own flavor. I changed it around a bit to fit what I always have on hand. Please check out the original as well :)

1 cup nut butter (peanut or almond, no peanut if doing Paleo)
1/2 c Raw honey (I LOVE this one)
1/4-1/2 c coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon mineral rich salt. This is optional, but every time you can sneak more minerals in your food, you should. (This is one that I love for it’s purity and high mineral content)
1/2 c or more of dark chocolate chips
